Warming Cacao


Warming cacao, mother of love and wisdom. Filling my belly to inspire me to delve into something deeper than my surface existence.

1 1/2 tsp of cacao
1 tsp of mesquite
1 tsp of reshi muchrooms
1/2 tsp of cinnamon myrtle or cinnamon
1 tbsp of coconut cream
1 cup of homemade almond mylk
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of vanilla powder
4 soaked dates (more if you would like sweeter)
Add 1 cups of water to a pot and place on the stove. Add cacao, mushrooms, mesquite, vanilla, salt, cinnamon. Bring to the boil on low heat. Add almond milk and coconut cream bring to the temperature you desire.
Place hot mixture in the blender with dates (this will make you have a frothed cacao like a latte)
Sip out of your favourite mug will writing in your journal 😊❤️
